This year instead of Iron Man, my son wanted to be Iron Monger. After searching the Internet, I 
could not find a pre-made Iron Monger suit. I talked with him and he said Iron Monger or Iron Man Hulkbuster can be for next year. We will see how I can do that.
For this year, while entering Costco, we saw the Bumblebee costume with some armor attachments for less than $20. He agreed so I started thinking about how to add blue eyes to his Bumblebee mask. I started out with a simple prototype to see if it was possible for my son to see and to get other possible problems to the surface before using duct tape.
Below I describe how I put together the eyes to make his eyes glow:
