That’s a good starting point for me. A little beyond my reach at the moment (especially the epoxy part) but hopefully I can work something out by next Halloween.

Yeah, if you get the time, some kind of video or kits to look at would be cool.

Hi Lee,

I’ve been wanting to make an Instructables for whole suit, or at least trickle each individual part as an Instructable. However, recently work and holidays using all my free time.

Parts List

-Innovations Ultraflate Plus CO2 Inflation System (Amazon)
-Extra 16 gram cartridges (Amazon): They don’t last long so better get some backup for more fun.

For rest of hose system, it uses:

-Old bicycle tire tube with working valve: Inside valve must be removed by using tweezers to unscrew inside valve to leave open hole. This attaches to Ultraflate Inflation system.
-DripMaster T-Coupler or 2 hose Coupler: attaches to bicycle valve stem.
-Ten Ton Epoxy Syringe + aluminum foil: Using a small vise to hold Coupler + stem in place, create a small alumunium mold to hold/form epoxy while epoxy dries.
-Orbit Drip Irrigation Hose: This then attaches to coupler so about 6 feet (extra for any errors in cutting) of small diameter hose with no holes.
-Orbit Adjustable Valves: Maybe just buy simpler kit with all couplers and vavles.

Depending if you want missile system too, you’ll need a some Tee-connectors as some pics show.
